I am a clinical cardiac electrophysiologist with substantial background in physiological pacing and CIED implantations. I initiated and established the conduction system pacing program in our center in 2015. We were then among the first centers in Europe to start a left bundle branch area pacing (LBBAP) program in 2018.

Since 2020, cardiac physiologic pacing methods have been the first choice offered in our center to all patients with bradycardia and most patients with heart failure who need resynchronization. We perform over 600 of these procedures annually.

I am a member of the international team of proctors on physiological pacing and a co-founder of the international educational center on physiologic pacing at University Hospital Kralovski Vinohrady. I am also a member of the development team for the technology of ultra-high-frequency ECG to assess ventricular dyssynchrony.

I have conducted several studies which showed its role in the dyssynchrony assessment during various types of pacing in patients with bradycardia. My main research topic in the last two years is dyssynchrony assessment in patients with heart failure with an indication for cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT).
