Jo Locker is Senior Tobacco Control Manager at Public Health England (PHE). This involves supporting the development and delivery of the national tobacco programme, currently with a special focus on reducing smoking in pregnancy. She has been involved with issues related to tobacco and smoking cessation for more than ten years including providing stop smoking interventions, training and supporting the implementation of policy at the national, regional and local level
