Position: Consultant Cardiologist and Electrophysiologist

Dr Kirubakaran is a consultant cardiologist and lead for the arrhythmia services at Portsmouth University NHS Trust. He was appointed in 2004 when he introduced the complex ablation service and recently introduced conduction pacing service. His research thesis was on atrial fibrillation remodelling and mapping and a he undertook a fellowship at the San Rafaelle in Milan on ablation of ventricular arrhythmias.
