Helen is a cardiology nurse researcher and NIHR Senior Research Leader at University of Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire and honorary fellow at the University fo Warwick. Helen has over 25 years experience in cardiology nursing with expertise in POTS, syncope, and arrhythmia. Helen has presented at national and international forums, published in international journals, is a peer reviewer for multiple journals and is an editorial board member for the European Journal of Cardiovascular Nursing and the British Journal of Cardiac Nursing. Helen has been a council member for the British Association of Nursing in Cardiovascular Care (BANCC) from 2016-2025 and was president from 2022-2024. Helen received her PhD in 2024 funded by a British Heart Foundation fellowship grant.
