Tracy joined the Charity 2020 as a Patient Services Coordinator. From there on, she made it her mission to learn about heart rhythm disorders. Today as our Patient Services Manager, she has furthered her extensive knowledge of recognising symptoms, understanding conditions and treatment options to those individuals living with an arrhythmia. Tracy leads the Patient Services Team in providing support impacted by a variety of conditions such as SVT, AF, Syncope, and implantable devices. Tracy also plays a key role within the Charity, by supporting with all Charity Programs and Events such as Know Your Pulse, Defibs Saves Lives, ‘Living with... Patient Educational Series’, co-ordinating patient studies and surveys, UK patient advocates and obtaining patient stories, creating new patient resources and ensuring all patient resources are accurate and up to date. She also hosts the very popular monthly online patient coffee mornings which continues to provide ongoing support and advice to patients, families, and caregivers.
