I am a complex CIED implanter and lead extractor in a large Cardio-thoracic centre in North West England serving a catchment of nearly 2.5 million. I undertake complex CIED work including leadless devices, subcutaneous and extra vascular ICDs. I have performed lead extraction for almost 20 years and my techniques have evolved in line with the complexity of patients . I am committed to training and improving access to lead extraction and safety and acceptability of the procedure.
