Dr Philip Moore is a Consultant Cardiologist at West Herts Hospitals NHS Trust and Barts Heart Centre specialising in Implantable Cardiac Devices. Since 2012 he has been a member of the BHRS Certification Committee and also a member of the EHRA Certification Committee since 2015. He is extensively involved in SpR training, particularly in the areas of device implant technique and programming, and speaks at national and international conferences on the same topics. He has taught and written on systematic ECG interpretation.

He is passionate about improving standards of care and optimising pathways for patients with implantable cardiac devices through education, training, certification, audit and research.
