Prof Piers Daubeney has been a Consultant Paediatric Cardiology at the Royal Brompton Hospital, London since 1999. He trained at Oxford University, St Thomas' Hospital, Southampton, Melbourne and Toronto. He runs the paediatric cardiomyopathy programme at the Royal Brompton and has an active clinical research programme in both congenital heart disease and cardiomyopathy. He regularly speaks at training courses and is an invited speaker at international symposia. He has published over 80 original manuscripts and has been joint editor of several textbooks including Diagnosis and Management of Adult Congenital Heart Disease now in its fourth edition this year.
