Cancellation and refund policy

In the event that you should have to cancel, the following will apply in respect of the conference registration fee:

For cancellations received up until 31 August 2026, a 50% refund will be given.

For cancellations received on or after 1 September 2026, no refund will be given.

The organiser cannot, under any circumstances, be responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs incurred by participants.
