Stephanie has a varied clinical background. Initially working in General Practice as a nurse practitioner, it was after her own diagnosis of Cardiomopathy following an out of hospital cardiac arrest, that she developed her interest in arrhythmias. Stephanie went on to work at St Georges, Tooting, and then at the Heart and UCL working with families with inherited heart conditions. Since 2007 Stephanie has worked as part of the arrhythmia team at Epsom and St Helier where she runs the Tilt and the cardioversion service for the trust. She has been involved in a number of local AF projects helping to support GP’s using Grasp AF. Stephanie helps to run the St Georges ICD support group Back Up, and the Surrey Arrhythmia support group. Stephanie remains a Patron of Cardiomyopathy UK.
