Steve Murray, qualified Royal London Medical College 1994 and did higher specialist training in EP at the John Radcliffe In Oxford 2002-2005. He was a consultant at James Cook Hospital 2005-2008 before returning to his native Newcastle at the Freeman Hospital.

He is a keen adopter of new technology in catheter ablation, is currently involved in research using two new mapping systems. His outside interests are too numerous, obtuse and frankly troubling to list here.
