Sharron is an Independent specialist pharmacist consultant in anticoagulation. She worked 20 years within the NHS in a variety of roles but she is passionate about improving care of patients requiring anticoagulation. She currently leads the AF program in Wessex, is an active participant in charity work for AFA and ACE, an Advisory Member UKCPA HAT and a Faculty Board Member RPS.
