Arrhythmia Nurse Specialist, Musgrove park Hospital, Taunton, Somerset.

My background is in working on our cardiology wards and as a cardiology nurse, then Pacing Sister in the cath lab when I completed a Bsc (Hons). I have been an Arrhythmia Nurse Specialist for 10 years, during this time I have undertaken various Msc level modules and I am currently undertaking a counselling course.

We provide a GP direct access AF clinic, services for people with inherited cardiac conditions, support and education for patients having complex devices pre and post implant, including a collaborative follow up clinic and an ICD support group/newsletter and arrhythmia helpline.

My special interest is in supporting patients with complex devices.
