Tracy joined the Charity as a Patient Services Coordinator during the pandemic in 2020. At that time, she made it her mission to learn about heart rhythm disorders. Today as our Senior Patient Services Team Leader, she possesses an extensive knowledge and leads the Patient Services Team in providing support to all those who are affected by all aspects of arrhythmias, including SVT, AF, Syncope and implantable devices. Tracy also plays a key role within the Charity, by supporting with all Charity Programs and Events such as Know Your Pulse, Defibs Saves Lives, ‘Living with... Patient Educational Series’ and hosts regular online patient coffee mornings
