John has worked in speciality roles within cardiac nursing in both hospital and primary care settings, training for these roles through the Practitioner with Specialist Interest Course at Bradford. He was involved with the NICE Atrial fibrillation Guidelines Committee in 2014 and is still very passionate about community based cardiac services. Currently working as a Nurse Practitioner and delivers a Clinic for patients with Cardiovascular Disease in General Practice,
