Position: GP Partner, Clinical Director- SPINE Primary Care Network, Slough & Frimley ICS Diabetes and CVD Clinical Lead

I am currently practising as a GP Partner in Farnham Road Practice, Slough, East Berkshire. I passed out of Undergraduate Medical School in 2000 from Bangalore Medical College, Bangalore, India. I have undertaken training in various General medical specialties in Heatherwood and Wexham Park hospitals NHS trust during the years 2001-2006. During this period, I attained post-graduate qualifications of MRCP, MRCGP and DRCOG. Further, I developed specialty interest in cardiology and Diabetes and moved over to the General practice in 2008.

I have also been working as a GP with specialist interest in Cardiology and Diabetes since 2008. I have been the Clinical Lead for Cardiology and Diabetes in Frimley ICS and have been part of a team who have been successful in bringing about significant transformation in commissioning and service redesign in East Berkshire. This has led to better patient outcomes in both cardiovascular and Diabetes fields. I have recently taken on the role of Clinical Director for SPINE primary care network in Slough from 1st July 2019.
