Position: Consultant Cardiologist & Electrophysiologist

I am a consultant cardiologist and electrophysiologist with a specialist interest in congenital heart disease at Barts Heart Centre. I also hold a honorary research contract at QMUL. I qualified from the Indian Army and then trained at St Bartholomew’s Hospital, London. I undertook research in telomere biology and ventricular arrhythmias leading to a MD. I am currently the Electrophysiology Governance lead at Barts Heart Centre. Current research interests and ongoing projects include mapping and ablation strategies with CMR scar integration in adult congenital patients and telomere biology for risk stratification of arrhythmias.
