Position: Consultant Urologist

Nick Faure Walker was appointed as a consultant urologist at Kings College Hospital and the Princess Royal University Hospital in April 2020. He has a specialist interest in functional, neurological and urodynamic urology. He completed a specialist postgraduate fellowship at Concord Hospital in Australia before starting his consultant post. He completed basic surgical training in London and higher urology speciality training at Guys, St Georges, Kingston and Epsom hospitals where he was awarded his FRCS (Urol). He is educational lead for urology at the Princess Royal University Hospital in Orpington. He has published over 25 papers in peer reviewed journals and presented on a broad range of urological issues at international conferences. He is a member of the British Association if Urological Surgeons, the International Continence Society and the International Neuro-urology society. He has been awarded prizes from UCL medical school, the Royal Society of Medicine, the British Association of Surgical Oncology and the Association of Surgeons of Great Britain and Ireland. He was an accountant before starting medical school.
