Graduated from Edinburgh University Medical School in 2005.

BHF REA fellowship to undertake PhD in clinic AF ablation looking at the cardiac autonomic nerves as a target for ablation to treat atrial fibrillation. Awarded Heart Rhythm Congress Young Investigator Award in 2012 for autonomic work. Research also published on visualisation of atrial ablation lesions using late gadolinuium enhanced CMR.

Subsequently undertook an EP Fellowship in Cardiac Electrophysiology and Devices at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.

Currently a locum Cardiac EP Consultant at West Herts NHS Trust and visiting Consultant at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.
